How a training session works
- Prepare (about 1 hour) Fill in the “Our rules” slide, add your contact people, print the exercises.
- Run it (30 to 90 minutes) Basics, the data traffic light, law and security, your rules, exercises, knowledge check.
- Document it (15 minutes) Complete the attendance list, hand out certificates, schedule a refresher in 12 months.
Frequently asked questions
Who are the packages for?
Small businesses, practices, law firms, associations and self-employed people with staff who use or want to introduce AI tools. You don’t need any experience as a trainer.
Are the materials in English?
No. All files (slides, guides, exercises, templates) are in German. They are designed for teams that work in German, for example English-speaking managers of a German-speaking team.
Does my business have to train its staff on AI?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires businesses that use AI systems to take measures to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy (as of November 2026). The law does not prescribe a particular format or certificate. The packages help you carry out and document such measures. The EU “Digital Omnibus” package amends parts of the AI Act (political agreement in May 2026); please check the wording that applies at the time. We cannot assess whether the materials are sufficient in your case – this is not legal advice.
Do I get a certificate?
No. You get a template for a certificate of attendance that you issue yourself. We do not examine or certify anything.
What format are the files in?
Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) for editing, PDF for printing, and the slides also as a browser presentation (.html) that works offline. Everything comes in one ZIP file.
How do I receive the files?
Once you have ordered and your payment via PayPal or Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more) has arrived, we email you a download link, usually within 2 working days. Delivery is not yet automated.
Which countries do you sell to?
To customers in the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada, and to businesses in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we can’t currently sell to private individuals in the UK.
How often may I use the materials?
As often as you like within your organisation, for all employees and sites. Reselling them or using them with your own clients (e.g. as a consultant) is not allowed. The details are in the licence.
Do you rate specific AI products?
No. The materials contain no product recommendations. The examples in the tool register are fictitious and only show how to fill it in.
